3 soft tortellia shells
1/2 of soften 8oz cream cheese
1/2 green,red,yellow pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
dash of garlic and onion powder
Cook veggies in pan with olive oil until tender about 3 minutes,let cool.
Mix with soften cream cheese.
Spread on shells about 1 1/2 tablespoon,roll up shell.
Let stand in fridge(if you have time)just long enough for the cheese to stand.
Then cut into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
