Velvetta Cheeseburger Mac
1 lb. Ground beef
2-3/4 cups water
1/3 cup Ketchup
1 t. onion powder
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. Velvetta, cut up
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add water, ketchup and onion powder and mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in macaroni, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 8-10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
Stir in velvetta; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
