VENISON CIDER STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds venison stew meat
  • 4 carrots, sliced thin
  • 3 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1 cup apple cider

Directions

  • Place carrots, potaotes, and apple in crockpot. Add meat and sprinkle with salt, thyme, and minced onion. Cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs. Thicken gravy as desired
  • Makes 4 servings
