VENISON CIDER STEW
Venison Cider Stew
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- 2 pounds venison stew meat
- 4 carrots, sliced thin
- 3 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
- 1 cup apple cider
DIRECTIONS
Place carrots, potaotes, and apple in crockpot. Add meat and sprinkle with salt, thyme, and minced onion. Cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs. Thicken gravy as desired
