1 pk. hot pork breakfast
sausages
4 stks. green onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)

1 pk. onion soup mix
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 cans sliced mushrooms
Tony's seasoning
flour
Directions
Marinate roast 48 hrs. if possible
with Italian wish bone dressing,
using a sharp pick to prick holes
in roast .To cook make a number
slits in the roast & stuff in the
following mixture . Pork, garlic,
green onion, parsley, black
Pepper & salt . Flour
roast well & place in a uncovered
dutch oven that is slightly oiled
with olive oil .Place in a 400 deg.
preheated oven to brown, turn
once .Brown about 25 minutes
per side Then add 1 cup water &
the onion soup mix , cream of
mushroom soup, sliced
mushrooms . Reduce heat to
350 degrees cover & cook about
4 hours . Add water if needed.
Gravy can be thickened with a
Little corn starch in water .
