INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. ground venison
  • 1 lbs. sausage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, adjust to taste
  • 1/3 cup of fine bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients, make into patties and fry!
