Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

3 1/2 lbs. venison - defatted and ground
1 1/2 lbs smoked bacon-ground
(can be ends/pieces or fresh ground pork)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
(add more salt if fresh pork used)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/8 teaspoon cumin
to taste - hot sauce


Directions

Mix all together well.


Shape into patties to fry. May be frozen.
