VENISON SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (12 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • 1 Brown venison in oil.
  • 2 Add parsley, onions and garlic.
  • 3 Cook until tender.
  • 4 Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
  • 5 Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  • 6 Serve over spaghetti.
  • 7 Serve with parmesan cheese.
