Venison Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 120
  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (12 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1 Brown venison in oil.



2 Add parsley, onions and garlic.



3 Cook until tender.



4 Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.



5 Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.



6 Serve over spaghetti.



7 Serve with parmesan cheese.
