Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1 stick melted butter

2 cups (or more to taste) thin sliced Vidalia onions
2-3 cups shredded cheese of choice
2 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
salt
pepper
herbs of choice


Directions

2 cups cracker crumbs (Ritz)


1 stick melted butter


blend together and arrange in a pie pan


Saute 2 cups (or more to taste) thin sliced Vidalia onions in butter until translucent. Place in crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese of choice (2-3 cups). Mix 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk, salt, pepper and any herbs of choice together and pour on top of onions/cheese.


Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour (pie will be firm)
