- 4 oz Well Chilled Champagne
- 1 TB Float of Crème de Violette
DIRECTIONS
Place 4 oz of Champagne in a Champagne glass.
Float 1 TB of Creme Violette over the top
Serve with a smile

Yes, It has, just recently, become avialble in the US. The brand I have is Rothman & Winter - Creme de Violette. Tall skinny bottle with a silver art deco designed label. Dark Purple liquor... It's made with Queen Violets and March Violets. I also use it when I make whipped cream for Belgian Waffles
