Vivian's Berry Smoothie

Serves 1 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 cup water, diluted juice, or alternative milks (almond, hazelnut, coconut, or rice)
1 scoop whey protein powder (24g protein)
1 cup strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 heaping Tbsp nut butter (almond, hazelnut, or peanut)
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract (or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger or allspice) – optional
3-5 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. The more you blend, the smoother it gets.
