- 100mls Vodka
- 100mls Aromatic Bitters
- 100mls Lemon Cordial (or reduce same amount of lemon juice and 1/2 cup white sugar)
- 600mls Lemon Squash
- Ice Cubes
- Place ice in glass or small jug. Add all ingredients and stir gently.
- For attractive effect, place bitters in a glass first with ice, then slowly top with cordial and lemon squash.
NotesThis favourite drink of mine is great for hot days and is lovely made virgin also. Popular in Australia, it uses Angostura® aromatic bitters which can be found usually in the international section of the supermarket or in liquor stores.
