WARM CINNAMON CHEESE BREAD ROLLS
1 loaf soft white sandwich bread, crust removed
2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups sugar, divided
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup melted butter
Flatten bread with rolling pin.
Beat cream cheese with ½ cup sugar and egg yolks.
Spread onto flattened bread; roll up jelly roll style.
Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar.
Lightly dip roll in butter, then into cinnamon/sugar.
Place on ungreased baking sheet seem side down.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
