- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 6-10 chunks canned/frozen pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 large banana
- Ice cubes
- Place in blender and crush! Sometimes my husband likes strawberries but I think it's fine as is! :) You can play with the ingredients to your liking. My favorite is peach :)
NotesMy mom and I use to go to the mall and always get the orange sensation smoothie. After looking at what they put in it I was like hey, I could do this, even better!
