- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- walnut halves
- Beat egg white and salt until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar mixed with spices. Fold in chopped nuts.
- Drop by teaspoon into well greased cookie sheet. Top with walnut half.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes on 250 degrees. Makes about 2 dozen
NotesThis is a very light tasting cookie. It's delicious and something different.
