Why I Love This Recipe
This is the best, easiest raw vegan meat substitute I have had the pleasure to eat.
This first time I made this, I knew I would be making it over and over. I was amazed at the flavor and how well it worked as a raw vegan meat substitute.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sun dried tomato
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp dried garlic
Optional spice up
Chipotle chili powder
Process all ingredients in a food processor at a medium speed.
When it reaches small bits and is mixed very well you are done.
It's that simple.
