Wasabi Pea Crusted Salmon
1 cup wasabi peas crushed
4 salmon fillets (skin off)
4 Tbsp. mayonaise
salt & pepper
Line a baking tray with foil and coat with olive oil. Coat salmon steaks with mayonaise, salt & pepper. Dredge in crushed wasabi peas.
Bake in 450 degree F oven for 8-12 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice. SOOO Good!!
For more taste, instead of coating with mayonaise, use Yeri-Yeri Teriaki Sauce, then dredge in wasabi peas.
