Watermelon Lime Ginger Ice
This is the result of joyful playing with my cuisinart ice cream maker. It's a very refreshing summer slush.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Dulcinea baby watermelon (2-3 lb)
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 can ginger ale
DIRECTIONS
Puree watermelon in a blender. Pour into ice cream maker with the lime juice, lime zest, and ginger ale. Follow ice cream maker instructions and blend until the mixture is a slush. Pour into glasses and serve.

I made this in conjunction with artichoke/chicken tacos-I've always liked the fruit drinks Mexico has. This worked remarkably well and all three of us loved it. Thanks for a very COOL recipe. lucas hess
