Ingredients

  • 2 cups seeded and coarsely chopped watermelon
  • 2 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2-4 tablespoon anaheim chillies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  • Blend gently and refrigerate
