WAY TOO HEALTHY CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
  • 2 2/3 c. raw oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl: add applesauce and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Pour batter into a bundt pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan
