Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
2 2/3 c. raw oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. raisins
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl: add applesauce and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Pour batter into a bundt pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan
