INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 drops of Mint extract (peppermint, wintergreen, etc)
- food coloring optional
DIRECTIONS
Soften cream cheese, mix in powered sugar and mint extract.
Blend well and coloring if desired.
Place in molds or roll and slice.
