WEIGHT WATCHER'S PUMPKIN OR SPICE MUFFINS
Weight Watcher's Pumpkin or Spice Muffins

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup dry powered milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin or apple pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 8 pkg Splenda
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 4 tbsp raisins
DIRECTIONS
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and vanilla. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add dry ingredients, carrots and raisens. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
