Weight Watchers Maryland Crab Cakes with Lemon Remoulande My favorite weight wachers crab cakes

2 crab cakes 3 points
5 tablespoons fat-free mayonaise
2tablespoons choped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced shallots ( I did not use these, but give it a try)
1 tablespoons drained capers
2 teaspoons greated lemon zest
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Chesapeak Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound fresh or caned crabed meat. (Do not use the fake crab found at the store. You can find the cab crabed at the store as well very good for this)
1. Combine 3 tablespoons pof the mayonnaise, the parsley,shallots, capers (if used), lemon zest, and pepper sauce in a small bowl; cover and refrigreate.
2. Combine whats left of the mayonnaise, the egg, mustard, Bay seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl; gently stir in the crab meat. Shape mixture into patties. Cover the plater place in refrigrater.
3. Spray skillet with Pam or Olive Oil. Set over medium-high heat. Add the crab cakes and cook until heated through and well browned, about 3 minutes on each side.
