Ingredients You'll Need

4-6 Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Chopped or Shredded
2 Leeks (Optional)
1/2 lb Asparagus, Diced
1/2 Onion, Diced
1/2 cup Sour Cream (Or Greek Yogurt)
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Oregano
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, Shredded


Oven Temperature: 350°F

*Place chicken, leeks, asparagus, and onion in buttered baking dish

*Add black pepper, cayenne, cilantro, nutmeg, oregano, and sour cream

*Top with bread crumbs and cheese

*Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until brown
