  • # 4 eggs
  • # 1 tsp cumin
  • # 1 tsp red pepper
  • # 1 tsp onion powder
  • # 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • # 1 cup smashed Whey Crisps
  • # 3 heaping tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • # 8 chicken legs
  • # 8 chicken thighs


  • Heat oven to 375°. In one bowl combine the spices with the flour and Whey Crisps. In a second bowl add the eggs and beat lightly. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, and then roll in the spice mixture until each piece is fully coated. Place seasoned chicken on the cookie sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes turning only once until both sides are evenly browned.
