- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar granulated
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mocha extract or strong coffee
- Place the cream in a metal bowl that is placed in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice. Whip the cream until it starts to thicken.
- Add the extract or coffee and sugar. Beat well until peaks form. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
