WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a chilled medium bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer on medium speed or a whisk, beat the cream, sugar, and vanilla just until stiff peaks begin to form.
  • Cover and refrigerate.

Notes

The whipped cream can be prepared ahead, covered, and refrigerated for up to 1 day.
