Whipped Fruit Salad
1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup maraschino cherries, cut in half, drained and juice set aside
2 cups colored marshmellows
3 large bananas, peeled and sliced 1 cup grapes
1 red apple,peeled, cored &chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 tub cool-whip
Soak marshmellows in cherry juice. set aside.
Combine all fruit and toss with lemon juice, in a large bowl; add pecans.
Drain & add marshmellows to fruit. toss gently.
Stir in cool whip, toss gently.
