White Chicken Chili

Serves 4 | Prep Time 20 | Cook Time 20

Ingredients

1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 can diced petite tomatoes
1 (7oz) can mexican green salsa (or green chilies drained)
3 Tbsp Flour
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can (15.8 oz) northern beans, drained
1 can (15.8 oz) navy beans
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 1/2 cups chicken, chopped


Saute onions in olive oil until transparent. Add tomatoes thru garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add beans and broth, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken.



Garnish with sour cream, cheese or salsa as desired.
