White Chip Cranberry Cookies
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups White Morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and oats.
In a large bowl beat together butter and sugars with electric mixer until creamed.
Add egg and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients then fold in cranberries and morsels.
Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet and press down with back of spoon.
Bake for 15 min or until pale golden color. Remove to wire rack.
Makes approx. 6 dozen.
