White Chocolate Bark With Pretzels & Nuts

Ingredients

12 OZ. PACKAGE NESTLE WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3 CUPS THIN SALTED PRETZEL STICKS
2 CUPS DRY ROASTED SALTED PEANUTS
1/2 CUP (MORE OR LESS) DRIED CRANBERRIES ("CRAISINS")


IN A LARGE BOWL, BREAK UP THE PRETZELS INTO SMALLER PIECES, BUT DO NOT CRUSH. ADD THE NUTS AND CRAISINS AND TOSS LIGHTLY TO COMBINE.


IN A MICROWAVE-SAFE BOWL, PLACE THE CHIPS AND MICROWAVE ON HALF-POWER TILL ALMOST MELTED, STIRRING EVERY 30 SECONDS OR SO TO COMPLETE MELTING.


POUR MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE OVER THE PRETZEL/NUT/CRAISIN MIXTURE, TOSSING WITH A RUBBER SPATULA UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE WELL COATED.


TURN MIXTURE OUT ONTO A COOKIE SHEET THAT HAS BEEN LINED WITH PARCHMENT OR WAXED PAPER, SPREADING OUT EVENLY. ALLOW TO COOL FOR SEVERAL HOURS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, THEN BREAK INTO IRREGULAR PIECES.


MAY BE STORED IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER, OR IN DECORATIVE TINS LINED WITH TISSUE PAPER FOR GIFT-GIVING.
