White Chocolate Cheesecake
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. ea.) white chocolate pudding mix
1 tub cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk in large bowl until smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding, mix until smooth. Stir in cool whip until well blended and spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. I like to shave chocolate on top, or dust some cocoa on top.
