WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES WITH BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • Frosting:
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 bag of powdered sugar
  • 3 tbl. of milk

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients together. Then mix eggs, milk and butter together. Add to dry mixture. Add in chips.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Then frost.
