White Chocolate Popcorn
8 cups popped popcorn (I use 4 microwave bags)
10 oz. melted white chocolate
red and green jimmies (sprinkles)
Put a layer of popcorn on a cookie sheet, drizzle white chocolate over top and sprinkle with jimmies. Repeat until you've used all the popcorn. Fridge for 20 minutes (I just put it outside in the cold). Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
NOTE: I use light popcorn. If you use the buttery kind, it doesn't taste as good.
