WHITE FUDGE

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup canned cream
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. margarine

Directions

  • Mix together and stir until creamy. Cook over LOW heat until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
  • Make sure to keep stirring the entire time it cooks, as it burns VERY easily.
  • When done cooking, add: 1 small jar marshmallow cream -OR- 1 small jar of peanut butter
  • Spread in pan and let harden.
