WHITE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup canned cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 lb. margarine
DIRECTIONS
Mix together and stir until creamy. Cook over LOW heat until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
Make sure to keep stirring the entire time it cooks, as it burns VERY easily.
When done cooking, add: 1 small jar marshmallow cream -OR- 1 small jar of peanut butter
Spread in pan and let harden.
