White Ginger Dipping Sauce
3 Tbsp white miso
2 Tbsp finely minced ginger
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
2 Tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar
1 Tbsp raw honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
2-4 Tbsp fresh water as necessary to thin
pinch sesame seeds or minced green onion, optional garnish
Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
For a thinner sauce, add a few tbsp of fresh water.
Serve in dipping bowls and garnish if desired.
Pairs Well With
Light dipping sauce great for any sushi roll.
