White Ginger Dipping Sauce

Why I Love This Recipe

Light dipping sauce great for any sushi roll.


Ingredients You'll Need

3 Tbsp white miso
2 Tbsp finely minced ginger
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
2 Tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar
1 Tbsp raw honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
2-4 Tbsp fresh water as necessary to thin
pinch sesame seeds or minced green onion, optional garnish


Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.


For a thinner sauce, add a few tbsp of fresh water.


Serve in dipping bowls and garnish if desired.

what is umeboshi plum sauce..Im an Aussie and a lot of the ingredients listed on this site are esoteric,,do you know an equivalent ? Good to see some recipes that arent sweets for a change
