- 3 cups cooked thin noodles
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped chives
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
- Cook noodles as directed on package. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, salt, pepper, and chives. Add noodles to mixture. Pour mixture into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- (Baking times may differ from oven. When the mixture bubbles, take dish out of oven.)
