WHITE SAUCE FOR SCALLOPED POTATOES
White Sauce for Scalloped Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cup skim milk
- 2-3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder.
DIRECTIONS
Heat all ingredients in saucepan until thickened.
Pour over 6 medium, sliced potatoes.
Cook in 350 degree oven for 55-65 minutes or until tender.
