White Wine Pasta w/ shrimp
Why I Love This Recipe
This is a great recipe for about two people. It was introduced to me by my brother Ken Posko who is the executive chief of the McCormick and Schmick's Seafood Restaurant in Southpark,NC
Ingredients You'll Need
pasta (your choice)
2 cups of cooking wine or white wine
2 Lemons - juice only
4 tbls Heavy whipping cream
1/2 lb. butter (2sticks) non-salted
Salt and pepper for seasoning
cherry tomato(s) (slice)
Cook pasta until done
Reduce wine and lemon juice together to about a half cup
Add heavy cream and reduce again
Slowly add butter, remove from heat if it gets to hot.
Cook shrimp & mushrooms together, then add tomato when done.
Once all butter is added, season with salt and pepper.
