White Yeast Bread

Serves loads | Prep Time long time all morning | Cook Time 30 mins approx

Ingredients

1 KG Strong White Flour
1 Pint warm Water
21g fast active yeast
1 T-Spoon Salt.
2 x Table Spoons Sugar.


Mix it all up.


knead for a while. >10 mins


Cover allow to double in size


Punch down


Knead again < 5 mins


shape funky or normal.


allow to rise double in size.


Bake in oven @ high with fan on for 30 minutes.


If you beat up a egg yoke and a bit of milk.


Bake at a lower temperature. Still experimenting on this.
