Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 package Hogsmead Whole Grain yeast
2 tablespoons Canola oil
1 cup warm water
Seasonings to taste
Put all ingredients in a mixer and mix on medium until a soft dough forms. Knead for a minute or two and then let settle for 5 mins. stretch or roll out to pan and add topings.
