WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup very warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 to 3 cups whole wheat flour

Directions

  • Sprinkle yeast into water, add honey, stir and allow to stand 10 minutes. Add flour and work to form dough. Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl.
  • Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes. Punch down and spread on pizza pan
