Wicked Good Wings

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

4-5 pound package of chicken wings
1 bottle of soy sauce (20 oz)
½ cup brown sugar (dark)
1 Tbsp Ginger
3 tsp minced garlic


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until brown sugar is dissolved.


Split the wings up into 2 large plastic zip-lock bags. (They won’t fit in one bag)


Pour half the marinade in one bag and the other half in the other bag. Let wings marinade overnight.


Preheat oven to 350.


Place wings on a cookie sheet (you might need 2) (spray with Pam so they don’t stick).


Bake the wings for one hour turning them after 30 minutes.
