Wild Willy Tomatoes

Serves four if part of main mea | Prep Time 20 min | Cook Time zero

Ingredients

Six medium tomatoes sliced into eight wedges each
Two medium onions chopped fine
three cloves garlic, minced
half teaspoon salt (to taste)
half teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill
one teaspoon Oregano
12 ounces vegetable oil


Mix well with salad spoon and fork


Put in sealable container and refrigerate over night


Portions of this can go along as a side dish with lunch or dinner


It is great for dipping with hard crust rolls


The Wild part in the name comes from my tendancy to double the garlic and onion

This has been around in my family for years. Back to the days when we had victory gardens and plenty of fresh tomatoes. Healthy spicy and great with any meal. Everyone should have this idea for the Spring through Fall seasons.
