WINE SALSA

Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 c. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. The longer you blend it the smoother it will be. Chill in covered container and serve with tortilla chips.
  • Makes 6 servings.
