Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup sugar
3 packages yeast
2 tsp salt
6 cups flour
1 stick of butter, melted
2 cups lukewarm water
1 egg
Directions
Combine sugar, yeast, salt, and 2 1/2 cups flour. Heat butter and water to lukewarm. Add to flour mix, and beat until smooth. Add egg. Add remaining 3 1/2 cups flour. Knead 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl until doubled, about 2 hours. Divide in half. Roll in balls and put in 9" x 13" pan, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Can make the rolls plain or make into cinnamon rolls (see recipe link above for cinnamon roll directions).
