Ingredients

Carrot
Onion
Cabbage
Broccoli
Green Bell Pepper
Soy Sauce
Tonkatsu Sauce
Peanut oil
Sesame seeds


Wash vegetables


Peel where necessary


Cut into thin narrow strips


Heat wok


Add a small amount of peanut oil to wok


Add onion


Cook until soft


Add rest of vegetables


Add 1/4 cup of water so vegetables won't stick


Stir fry


Add sauces


Add sesame seeds


Serve immediately
