Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Tonkatsu Sauce
  • Peanut oil
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  • Wash vegetables
  • Peel where necessary
  • Cut into thin narrow strips
  • Heat wok
  • Add a small amount of peanut oil to wok
  • Add onion
  • Cook until soft
  • Add rest of vegetables
  • Add 1/4 cup of water so vegetables won't stick
  • Stir fry
  • Add sauces
  • Add sesame seeds
  • Serve immediately
