1 onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced julienne style
2 oz. butter
4 yellow squash cut into wedges
salt and pepper to taste
bunch of parsley chopped
Directions
Sauté onions and bell pepper in butter.
Add yellow squash and continue to sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add parsley and stir.
Salt and pepper to taste.
