YOGURT FRUIT DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer to chill thoroughly and blend flavors. Sprinkle dip with grated lemon rind if you wish. Use as dip for cut up fruits.
