INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small box chocolate pudding mix, NOT instant
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
    •

DIRECTIONS

In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.


Bring to a boil.


Boil for three minutes.


Remove from heat.


Add peanuts.


Beat until mixture begins to thicken.


Drop by teaspoonfuls on to waxed paper.
