- 1 small box chocolate pudding mix, NOT instant
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for three minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peanuts.
- Beat until mixture begins to thicken.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on to waxed paper.
