Yum-Yu Cake Frosting
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
9 ounces whipped topping (non-dairy topping will last longer without separating)
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Coarsely chopped walnuts
Coconut flakes (optional)
Mix together the pudding mix and milk; let stand until thickened.
Mix together the cream cheese and whipped cream. Blend into pudding mixture.
Spread on top of cooled cake.
Top with pineapple, walnuts and coconut.
Refrigerate until serving.
